Formerly designated as Engine 47-1, this FMC has been re-designated as a “TAC” - a small engine - as it has been replaced by our new Tanker 47 9Pictures pending).
TAC 4C has a 750 Gallon Per Minute Pump, two 1 1/2" pre-connects, a 3" preconnect, 1500' of 3" line, a full set of forestry firefighting equipment and a host of other tools on board. It's well-equipped for all kinds of local incidents. This truck still has a "tailboard" - the classic "ride on the back of the firetruck" position for firefighters, although we no longer are permitted to ride the tailboard.

Rescue 47
rescue47
Rescue 47 is equipped for removing entrapped victims of motor vehicle accidents and other general rescue operations. We carry Holmaltro Tools - an "O" cutter and a spreader/cutter as well as many other tools and equipment. In addition to rescue work, Rescue 47 is often called into service as a "utility" truck for everything from basement pump-outs to investigations. Previously, this truck was an ambulance in service in Pattenberg, NJ Station 25. This vehicle went into service in early 2007. It's built on a Ford chassis.

FIELD 47
Pasted Graphic 4
One of the finest brush trucks in the area, this Ford F-350 is light, fast and effective. With 250 gallons of water on board pumped to a large hose reel and carrying a good assortment of brush fire tools, this truck can get to the fire faster, can go deeper into the woods and can be maneuvered more effectively than larger vehicles. It's equipped with a Warn winch as well. This truck has even been used as a quick attack truck for car fires! We also use this truck to haul Marine 47 to the river and to other marine rescue calls, and have used this vehicle as a command post for some incidents.

Marine 47
(no picture, sorry)
Our boat gets out mostly in the summer time, and occasionally in the winter. The primary mission of the Marine unit is search and recovery of bodies in the Delaware River, although in the summer of 2004, we did deploy the marine to pursue and an extinguish a boat that had exploded and caught fire under the Milford-Upper Black Eddy Bridge. Marine 47 has even been to jobs as far away as Yardley, Pennsylvania during floods.
