Sponsorship Opportunities
We have a number of opportunities for sponsorships. Last year, we had thousands of people come to our event, this year, we're expecting even more.
It's a great opportunity to get in front of the community and associate your company with a good cause.
Banner Sponsors $250 to $500
We will print and display banners with your company name in high-traffic areas. These high visibility banners will be placed throughout the grounds of the carnival and will be mentioned via the carnival PA system.
Fireworks Sponsor $2,500
The dunk tank is a popular attraction, and the dunk tank sponsor will enjoy prominent banner placement and naming rights to the dunk tank.
Food Sponsor $3,500
This is a major sponsorship opportunity.
The Food Sponsor will provide funding (or the food itself) to be prepared and sold at a food concession to be operated by members of the fire company during the carnival.
The Food Sponsor will receive the following acknowledgements and accommodations:
• Sponsor Company Logo will appear on printed posters promoting the event
• Sponsor Company will be acknowledged, by name, on all announcements mentioning the food court at the event
• A large banner with the sponsors name and logo will be prominently displayed at the food tent and at two other locations on the fair ground.
• Sponsor Company will be provided with a 10x10 booth at the food concession for their use for the distribution of materials or for another purpose as defined by the sponsor.
Food sponsorship can be made as a cash donation of $3,500 to the company or a donation of food items per a list that will be provided on request.
Soft Drink Sponsor $2,500
This is a major sponsorship opportunity.
The Soft Drink Sponsor will provide funding (or the product itself) to be sold at a food concession to be operated by members of the fire company during the carnival.
The Soft Drink Sponsor will receive the following acknowledgements and accommodations:
• Sponsor Company will be acknowledged, by name, on all announcements mentioning the food court at the event
• A large banner with the sponsors name and logo will be prominently displayed at the food tent and at two other locations on the fair ground.
