We're not going to sugarcoat this - being a firefighter takes self-discipline, an ability and willingness to learn, and a commitment to your community that is substantial. Firefighters are on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in all kinds of weather. The rewards are many. Everybody is happy to see a firefighter roll up, and when you're part of the fire company, you're making a real difference in the lives of the people you help. It's possibly some of the most satisfying work you'll ever do.

WE WELCOME ANYONE WHO WANTS TO JOIN THE COMPANY TO COME TO THE STATION ANY TUESDAY NIGHT AT 7:00 PM.
SEE THE "
DIRECTIONS TO STATION" TO FIND US.

We have three kinds of memberships.

Regular Member - For people who want to become a firefighter and learn fire & rescue skills, we offer anyone interested who is at least 18 years of age to become a member. Training and your firefighting equipment is provided at no charge.

Junior Firefighter - For people age 14-18, we have "Junior Membership" - you will get the same training, and do most of the same fire scene work as a full member, subject to certain restrictions as provided by law (for example, Junior Members may not enter a burning structure).

Support Group Member - If you want to help, but don't want to be involved in incidents directly, we welcome you as a support group member. Support group members help with fundraising events and administrative functions.

Here is a Membership Form, it's 2 pages.
